Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of downloadable digital products sold through this website, including Buy, Renovate, Rent, and Flip in Athens and the Alba Athens Property Investment Toolkit.

1. No refunds after download

Before payment, you expressly request immediate access to the ebook and digital toolkit and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins.

For this reason, purchases are non-refundable once the download has started, except in the cases described below (technical problems, duplicate purchases or defective files).

2. How to contact us

For any order issue, contact us at info@alba-residences.com with your order reference and the email address you used at checkout.

Any approved refund is returned to your original payment method.

3. Digital delivery

The ebook and toolkit are supplied electronically and access is provided immediately after payment.

4. Technical problems

If you successfully pay but:

• do not receive the download;
• receive a corrupted file;
• receive the wrong product; or
• cannot access the supplied file because of a delivery error on our side,

please contact us at info@alba-residences.com and we will provide a replacement or working download.

5. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us and we will help you get the duplicate payment refunded.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including where digital content is defective or not as described.
